Founders
Suvritika
She/her
purpose-driven social entrepreneur, committed to advancing equity and inclusion through livelihoods, entrepreneurship, and education. With an academic background in humanities, development studies, and social entrepreneurship, she has spent the past years working at the intersection of gender justice (DEI and livelihoods for GSM communities), entrepreneurship (nano-entrepreneurship for women), and recently education too (fellowship program for youth and fostering entrepreneurial skills and mindsets in schools).
Rishabh
He/him
social entrepreneur working at the intersection of climate action, livelihoods, and inclusion. His journey across actuarial science, ocean conservation initiatives, waste management, and grassroots community engagement has shaped his belief that environmental challenges are deeply human—rooted in access, agency, and acceptance. Through his work, he builds inclusive climate solutions that generate livelihoods and centre marginalised communities, particularly gender-diverse individuals.

Open Circle Saturdays — a weekly virtual safe space where community members come together to share, facilitate, and learn in a non-judgmental, participant-led environment.
Community Centre
A safe, accessible community resource centre in Dehradun providing mental health, legal awareness, and capacity-building support for GSM individuals and community organisations.
